@IP team: I have tried to gather all necessary information from the project
team. 

The license doesn't seem to be one of the Eclipse approved licenses so needs to
be dealt with. In addition, the tool itself is not required during runtime but
is shipped with the product in modified form. Which source code needs to be
attached in this case? The original (unmodified) source code of the underlying
component or the modified code that the project wants to ship?
