Hi David,

I have taken a look at the review information. The link to the issue list for 3.1.0 actually points to milestone 3.0.0. When I go to the issue list for the 3.1.0 milestone [1] there are still 13 issues open. Maybe you guys just forgot to close them or they have been postponed to 3.2.0?

Would be great if you could fix the link and indicate the status of the open issues.

Thanks,

Kai

Hello,

The IP log for the Eclipse Kura release has been approved by EMO. We now need PMC approval for the release and review material.

Hi Dave,

The bug used to track the release is https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=521275

Regarding the CQs:

  • 13853 and 13796 have ongoing discussions between the Kura team and IP team.
  • 14003, 13854, 13825 either lacked PMC approval (sorry about that), or are already in IP’s team hands

I would suggest you contact the IP team and share with them this list of 5 CQs so that they are aware you need them resolved to move forward with submitting your IP Log and doing your 3.1.0 release.

Thanks,

Benjamin -

Hello,

I wanted to confirm a few things for the next release of Eclipse Kura.

·         Are we still set for a review date of September 20th? I couldn’t find this documented anywhere on the project page, maybe I am just not seeing it.

·         Usually there is a bug created to track the release (I think by the PMC?), has that happened?

·         We are tracking the below CQs for this release. I believe they are all waiting Eclipse Legal or PMC. Would it be possible to get these updated in the next week or two?

Thanks,

--Dave

Hi David,

Thank you for the heads up on the upcoming release.

I would like to point out that we (the EMO) do release reviews on the first and third Wednesday of every month, therefore the review must fall on either September 20th or October 4th.

Please let me know which one of these dates you'd prefer and I can make the necessary changes.

Thank-you,

Stephanie

Hello,

The Eclipse Kura team has scheduled a new release of Eclipse Kura (v3.1.0). I have requested a review date of September 27. It may be a bit early for sending this email, but I know October is a busy time for the Eclipse Foundation so I wanted to get on your radar early. The review information can be found here [1], please let me know if you see any potential issues at this point.
