You are right. To make it clear, I added the following paragraph to the "Project Plan" section:

Compatibility
This release implements now the oneM2M standard instead of the SmartM2M standard. It comes with a completely new API and so it is not backward compatible with the previous release.

I only have one suggestion, there is a "field" called "Compatibility" in
the "Project Plan" section of the release information page. Although it
is intended to be filled out in the beginning of the release, I think a
few words in there about the API breakage you made may be helpful. Just
because you mentioned that this is such a big change.
