Objet : [iot-pmc] Request for approval of frontend-maven-plugin as a build-only dependency

Dear PMC colleagues,

In Eclipse SmartHome we would like to do some _javascript_ post-processing during our build using the frontend-maven-plugin, which offers such stuff.

This is a build-only dependency - nothing will be checked in the repository,
nor will it be part of any distributable.
