Hello,

My name is Alexandros Tsichouridis and I study computer science at university of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece. I am at the 4th year of my studies.

I want to participate to google summer of code contributing to the Eclipse Hono project creating an new protocol adapter ad described at topic 1. I have done a project with CoAP with java and arduino the last semester and I am familiar with these protocols.

I found XMPP and DDS with no protocol adapters and I am searching information about them to implement one of them. What else do I have to look for and be aware of? Thanks.
