[higgins-dev] RE: WRT the new website architecture

I've done a sample implementation of the approach proposed on http://wiki.eclipse.org/Website_and_Wiki_Backlog#Wiki

It is similar to what you had started to do on the Higgins Global Graph page, with the exception that it version numbers every page, since we will eventually be supporting adopters running on multiple released versions.
