Re: [higgins-dev] [IdAS] context provider registration

I've been thinking about the Provider issue.  It's not a bad thing to be
compatible with the existing provider infrastructure, and to be
considered an extension of the security architecture.  (We're sort of
like a KeyStore/CertStore, in a way.)  But it's not yet obvious to me
that it's a perfect fit.  I'll be ready to discuss this tomorrow, if
there's time.
