I just had to be patient for a while. Every thing compilled successfully after some time. Now i can go further.

If that went well you should see content in
./examples/hawkbit-device-simulator/target/

This warning just keeps on looping without stoping. I broke the loop 
    with ctrl+c. I can not run the next line :

    because the folder target/ is missing.
