Anthony,

 I changed all test.xmls in all test plugins to conform Nick's build
procedure, and did full product release after. If you take a look at
test.xml files history in each of the changed plugins, you'll see that the
file has changed and the tag is there.

 Although, hope your "fix" is for good.
