Title: 2.0 Draft Plan

Hi All,

As our committers approve the project plan, I’d like your help updating the ~350 bugs currently declared as 2.0 or unspecified with an indication of what we think will be worked in the 2.0 dev cycle.  Calling out what is targeted for 2.0 M1 is most important, obviously.  

If we utilize the ‘plan’ keyword as appropriate, and make sure the Assigned To, Version, and Milestone fields are accurate, we can automate much of the plan reporting.

With this, I will update our current Draft Plan (http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/GMF_Project_Plan) and submit it to the PMC for review.  The bugs listed there are quite out of date, and I’ve not received any feedback on the set of themes listed.  Thoughts?
