[glassfish-dev] Releasing 7.0.9

Hi,

According to our plan, we're close to the proposed release date for 7.0.9 again. We've collected a very good amount of changes, and fixed some important bugs specifically. The master branch passed the TCK. I've staged 7.0.9 here for people who want to test it:

If there are no objections I'd like to release GlassFish 7.0.9 later this week.
