Yes, that page is misleading, I also spotted it now. I think it was a placeholder for a planned GlassFish 7 final release. But the final version of GlassFish hasn't been released yet. The information at https://glassfish.org/download is up to date and it only mentions there are GlassFish 7 milestone releases. The most accurate information is in Github: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/glassfish/releases, which now shows that 7.0.0-M9 (milestone 9) release is the latest one.

The GlassFish project is very close to releasing the final 7 version but it's not out yet.
