The website sources are here: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/glassfish/tree/master/docs/website as you imply.

When they are merged to master, a script publishes to the GH Pages for the project which is the one glassfish.org points to.

We have a new 6.2.1 release but it is not shown in https://glassfish.org/. I would like to update the content and sync it to website.
