[geomesa-users] GeoMesa 2.2.0 and 2.1.1 released

Hello all,

The GeoMesa team here at CCRi is happy to announce the release of GeoMesa versions 2.2.0 and 2.1.1. These two versions are being released simultaneously, and can both be considered bug fix patches on the 2.1.0 release. However, due to a package renaming in the JTS spatial library, 2.2.0 now requires GeoServer 2.14, while 2.1.1 requires GeoServer 2.13 or earlier. Both releases contain the same basic functionality. Going forward, GeoMesa 2.3.0 and beyond will require at least GeoServer 2.14, so the 2.1.1/2.2.0 releases provide a transition period to ease the upgrade path.

Artifacts are available on Maven Central and GitHub:
