[epp-dev] EPP Oxygen.3a RC2 packages

Dear Package Maintainers,

the last and final package build for Oxygen.3a (RC2) finished successfully yesterday evening, but I forgot to send out the usual notification mail up to now. But the packages are ready and waiting for testing at

The source p2 repositories for this build are

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/oxygen/3a.RC2
  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/oxygen/

In comparison to Oxygen.3 only a few bundles are expected to have changed in order to add Java 10 compatibility.

As this is the last RC before the public release, I need your +1 to make these packages available after "quiet week".
