[egerrit-dev] Improved presentation in compare editor

The following improvements are now available in the compare editor:
- The comments for both selected patchsets are now shown in the upper section of the compare editor
- The header of the table has been changed to be more explicit about the elements being compared
- The "swap side" button is handled in both Oxygen and Neon.2
