Quick question here before I raise an issue with sonatype.

How long are we expecting things to take to sync from this Nexus
instance to Central? I released EL 4.0.0-RC1 ~18 hours ago and it hasn't
sync'd yet. I don't want to raise an issue if this is normal / expected.
