Looks like we don't have a Tomitribe committer on that project yet.  Wayne, what's the process for us assigning a person to the specification project?  I'd like to add Jean-Louis Monteiro.

That failed because it did not receive enough votes? There are only 4 CDI committers currently, so what is the required number of votes to have a new committer added?
