A committer election for Scott M Stark on project Jakarta EE Platform (ee4j.jakartaee-platform) was started by Kevin Sutter with this criteria: Scott has been instrumental with the development of the Platform and Web Profile specs (submitting PRs and commenting on other PRs). Related to this activity are the Stable API specifications (separate project, but very much related), which he has been helping to create and develop. Outside of the specific "code" contributions, he has also been driving much of the process revolving around the delivery of Jakarta EE 8.
