Dear Tom,
yes, I do have EclipseLink Target Components of that version
installed. Perhaps I was too brief on describing the problem. Just
create a JPA project, go to project properties, JPA, change JPA
implementation to use library and hit download on right. The list will
show only versions up to 2.3.1.
