All, You are invited to participate in the upcoming General Assembly of Eclipse Foundation AISBL meeting. The formal convening notice, as required by our Bylaws, is attached. The primary purpose of the meeting is to accept the financial statements and audit report from the Foundation’s auditors and to reappoint the auditor for 2024-2026. We will also approve a mid-year update of the Association’s budget and other administrative items as identified in the agenda. The meeting will be held on 30 July 2024, beginning at 15:00 CEST / 9:00 EDT. The Zoom link for the meeting is https://eclipse.zoom.us/j/83786051874. As a formality, the meeting is physically being held at the Eclipse operating offices at Rond Point Schuman 11 Brussels 1040 Belgium. The meeting is scheduled for 60 minutes.
As noted in the convening notice, in addition to this convening notice - Member Representatives of Voting Members (i.e., Strategic and Contributing member organisations) will receive further details, including the materials for the meeting, voting instructions including electronic voting prior to the meeting, instructions for appointing proxies, etc. likely on or about 27 June. All Member Representatives are encouraged to read carefully the details in the attached formal convening notice. The notice includes the Zoom link, agenda, instructions for attending the meeting, and an explanation of voting rights and processes for those Members eligible to vote.
