Hello Eclipse committers,

On Tuesday May 21st at 3pm CEST (9am EST), there will be a scheduled upgrade of the ECA Validation API that powers the validation done in pull requests in Github and pushes to repositories in Gitlab. This maintenance has been scheduled so that we can migrate data to a new database.

This maintenance will take up to an hour to complete, and should not impact users pushing commits to either service. Should you experience any errors with the ECA validation system within the scheduled window or immediately following the maintenance window, please submit a ticket to the Eclipse Foundation Helpdesk: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues.
