Hello all,
Here are three notifications about new features or components for
current Eclipse projects, plus the schedule of upcoming reviews. Thanks.
---------------------------------
STP project
The STP project would like to inform the membership that in the STP
creation review slides, there is mention of four sub-projects:
SOA System (STP Core Framework)
Service Creation
B2J
BPMN
In actual fact, after the creation, we split off SOA System and STP Core
Framework into two separate sub-projects. We just neglected to tell
everyone at the time. This notice is intended to clear up that
discrepancy!

EMFT - new Search component
The EMF Search project will provide the fundamental infrastructure and
components for extensible search queries on EMF based models. A
particular focus will be made on integration with the Eclipse Core
Search API for end user tight
integration. For more information, see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=180492.

EMFT - new MWE component
The Eclipse Modeling Project contains several components for
working with models in the context of model-driven development. All of
these components are essential for a practical MDD tool chain. What is
missing, however, is something that binds these tools together.
Specifically, a component is required that can be used to orchestrate a
model processing chain. The Modeling Workflow Engine will provide an
extensible framework to describe and execute this processing chain
called workflow.
