I asked because I don't have such button. Thought that maybe you didn't
migrate committers list to GitHub yet. 

The GitHub migration has happened. However it looks like there is a housekeeping thing you need to do. You need to update your Eclipse account to add your GitHub username: https://accounts.eclipse.org/user/edit - then you have to wait some time (hour or overnight - can't remember) for the the change to synchronize to GitHub.

I can tell that it isn't setup properly yet because you appear as a contributor instead of a member of the organization (compare you to Mickael Istria):

You can see the full list of members (basically committers) here: https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-platform/people (but that is only fully visible to members, so maybe not that useful)
