Hi,

It looks like that the page https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/development/plans/freeze_plan_4_16.php does not contain a single hint that we are in RC1. In contrast to this it clearly states we are "working towards m3“. The m3 release date is missing so that someone not familiar with the process must be thinking that 27 of May is meant.

I suggest to either point to https://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?plan or modify the freeze plan to contain the important/correct information.
