Hi 

What is the best way to engage / initiate discussion on topics like Telemetry support in Eclipse Che? A lot of VSCode extensions are using telemetry infrastructure provided by Microsoft, and as we create common VSCode extensions that would run in VSCode and Eclipse Che - questions on how the telemetry stuff would work are coming up. Any insight into that would be greatly appreciated!
