[ecd-pmc] Eclipse Che CQ- waiting PMC approval

Hello PMC.
Eclipse Che team finished creating CQs for the upgrade of operator-sdk dependency in che-operator. Could you please take a look and approve. There are 67 at this point. That's a lot for one mail. So I'll put query search.

Also, want to let you know that some part of the dependencies goes to https://github.com/clearlydefined/curated-data/pulls/AndrienkoAleksandr database. We have a hope that they will be approved and get the appropriate score. In case if not we will create extra CQs
