Attention SQL Tools Team:  Please
apply patch titled "SQL Tools Patch"attached to the defect in
order to adapt to these changes.  The SQL Tools patch does not include
version number updates.

Attention Adopters:  You may need
to update some import statements.

I moved the classes DatabaseDefinition,
 DatabaseDefinitionRegistry
and DataModelElementFactory
from 
org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.sqm.internal.core.definition
to org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.sqm.core.definition.

The affected plug-ins had their version
numbers updated.
