[dash-dev] Partial install of the update site for testing?

Hi All,
we have a plugin which is supposed to work only on Win32 platform.
It seems to be building okay, but when it comes to testing, the whole update site is getting installed,
and apparently build fails on not getting this dependency.
Is it possible to exclude this feature from installation/ignore that error?
