Chris,

You can make the [[Category:SDD
Tooling]] a child of [[Category:COSMOS]]
and therefore only require [[Category:SDD Tooling]] to be included.  Just
go in the [[Category:SDD Tooling]] page and add [[Category:COSMOS]] to
the bottom of it.
