[cosmos-dev] COSMOS i8 end-to-end test case

The instructions for running the COSMOS
demo for i8 is documented here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_DEMO_i8
This is also used as the "end-to-end
test case".  

Currently, this page does not include
instructions on how to configure and run the logging and stat data managers,
and the web user interface.  

John and Bill, can you extand this wiki
page to write about the configuration and execution steps of the features
you contributed?
