The COSMOS Development Process has been
updated per the discussions we had during yesterday's architecture and
community calls: http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_dev_process.  Please
post comments, updates, and links to subproject, test, QA, or RE processes
you are working on to the wiki.

Summary of changes:

• Updated "Defect Reporting, Fixing and Verification" section
• Added references to the Eclipse Development Process, Eclipse Incubation Phase Guidelines and Bug Reporting FAQ
