[cosmos-dev] data reporting web app is part of the build

I extended the COSMOS build to create
2 war files required to run the end-to-end scenario.  You can download
a zip file with the 2 war files from the latest build:  http://www.eclipse.org/cosmos/downloads/?buildId=COSMOS-1.0.0-200706121750

Unzip the two war files in the webapps
directory in your tomcat installation.  Start the tomcat server, and
hit this URL: http://localhost:8080/cosmos/index.jsp?view=cosmos

There are more steps required to get
the demo running, such as creating databases, etc.  More instructions
will follow.
