I updated the following wiki page to
build the UI war

http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/CosmosDataReportingComponent

The output of this build is a war file
that one would deploy to a tomcat server.

This page also shows how to deploy the
data collection bundles into the BIRT Report Viewer.

If you get this running you should be
able to navigate the data center sml model and generate statisitcal and
log reports.

Note the page does not show how one
would create the sample statitical and log databases.
