Hello.

For the time being we have different default namespace name depending on installation type:
- `--installer olm`: `eclipse-che`
- `--installer operator` - `che`

It is time to use the same default namespace for both installers - `eclipse-che`
For the backward compatibility all chectl commands will continue working if Eclipse Che has been deployed in `che` namespace.

Expected stable chectl version to fix in: 7.24.2
