FYI: E2E CreateAndDeleteProjectsTest of PR [ci-test] check of Eclipse Che repo is unstable because of issue https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/16100:

* Che QE team is preparing workaround
* Problem recognized by the following error message in java selenium test report:
