[che-dev] Request for help re Enhancements in 6.13.0

Hi,

In case it was unclear, for some of these enhancements I am not sure of
the user impact, and I would appreciate your help if you committed or
worked on these features to describe the user impact and why you marked
them as engancements (and, to repeat, if anything you think should be in
the release notes is not here, I would appreciate you letting me know).
