The issue that you ran into wasn't the space in the folder name unfortunately.  It was more related to the lack of elevated permissions on the folder we installed into.

Super glad to see it is now up and running for you.

Ta Da! I am now running Che! :)

I copied (not moved) the complete installation to \User\Mike\EclipseChe 
(note the no spaces...your installer defaults to an "Eclipse Che" 
directory which may be part of the problem), and started the server 
using "bin\che.bat".

localhost:8080 is now showing the Che Dashboard.
