Pro-C is C with embedded SQL statements. It is pre-compiled into C files 
with ODBC calls I guess. Likewise, there is pro-C++ etc. 

Apparently, there is no way to debug Pro-C from Eclipse. Other than 
debugging the compiled C fiels - but this would not be a very pleasant 
experience.
