[cdt-dev] Have mercy

I don't know how many people read this list by digest but I do and two things make it more difficult than it needs to be:

1. CDT conference call announcements are mailed out too late for digest readers; usually they arrive after the call.

2. Rich text messages (mostly HTML, and attachments) sent to the list are not handled by the digest program, causing unreadable gibberish like this:

If call announcements could go out a day earlier, and only plain text messages could be sent to the mailing list, it would make the digest readers like me happy. Thanks for your support.
