[cdt-dev] New build 1.2.0.4 available

Hey all,

I have created a new build for 1.2.
 I also fixed the fact that the 'build' source folder wasn't getting
picked up in the ui plugin build, thus causing the managed build project
wizard not to work in 1.2.0.3.

I have also confirmed that the source
feature does not work.  Actually I'm not sure how it is supposed to
work anyway.  At any rate, there is no way to get the CDT source hooked
up to the class files with these builds.  I'll investigate further
when I get a chance.  Any help would be appreciated.
