[cdi-dev] CDI TCK 4.1.0.Alpha3
Hello,

since the TCKs were updated to acknowledge the empty beans.xml changes and tests were moved/split into CDI_FULL group where needed[1], I have released a new CDI TCK Alpha version[2].

There will be more changes coming to TCK, but this release is at least a somewhat stable state that acknowledges the changes we made so far and allows testing.
