Another CDI meeting has taken place, this time around the topics were:

* Report on the progress of trying to implement Lite extension proposal via runtime extensions
* With the above, can we make Lite a true subset of current CDI?
* CDI TCK needs to be restructures to relieve dependencies on other specs
* Decision making process inside CDI project
* How to communicate each conflicting Lite-related topic to the public for discussion
* How to reference classes in extension SPI so that it works well with annotation processor
