[cdi-dev] CDI Lite compatible extension lead

Hi all,

We launched the idea of CDI lite a few months ago. The main drawback of this "compile-time" compatible approach was that portable extensions couldn't fit in it.

That's why we are coming today with some ideas and a serious lead  to fix this problem and start a community discussion on the topic.

Keep in mind that the PR is only a convenient way to show some code and have a discussion. It is not to be merged as is.
