[capra-dev] Plant UML update site

It doesn't seem possible to connect to the URL that is set in the target definition file:

http://basar.idi.ntnu.no/svn/tdt4100/anonymous/trunk/updatesite

The current update site seems to be the following:

http://files.idi.ntnu.no/publish/plantuml/repository/

See http://plantuml.com/eclipse.

I'll push a Gerrit change with this if no one has any more information on the status of the old URL.
