    fixed the bug 197738 Line-through does not take effect when preview as XLS

  Now the line-through and underline can take effect in XLS. For overline, we don't think it is common usage and WORD and EXCEL doesn't has attribute to support it, so it will not be not supported in XLS and DOC.
