To fix bug 173404 – NPE when open a design file with oda-data-source whose extension is not found

 

If some element, such as oda-data-source, oda-data-set, extended-item like Chart can not find the extension, we should

correctly parse the ROM-defined property values and store any other contents in xml file to a DOM-like data structure

and write them out as what they were to recover if the extension is loaded next time.
