To fix bug 173237 --- Report content cannot display in Firefox but can in IE6

       It is a _javascript_ issue which is different between IE and Firefox.

 

To fix bug 173385 --- Parameter dialog doesn't pop up in pdf when showParameter

    If set showParameterPage is true, force to pop up parameter page whether format is html or others.
