Hi PMC,

this is a kind reminder that for future PMC member elections you should directly reach out to EMO to report the results.

While EMO does monitor all of the PMC lists, we don't always read every message.

Here is a snapshot from the handbook:

I've already asked for EMO(ED) approval and once we have it, we'll appoint Andreas as PMC member.

(automotive) was started by Harald Mackamul with this criteria:

Nomination of Andreas Riexinger as a Committer AND Member of the PMC

Andreas Riexinger is the lead of working group OpenADx and was already
involved in the creation of the Automotive top level project.
He participated in the PMC meetings, extended the web page and promoted the
Eclipse Automotive project.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for his involvement on the team,
it is my pleasure to nominate Andrea as a committer AND PMC member on Eclipse
Automotive.
(After consulting Eclipse EMO: There is no specific election process for PMC
members, so I added it here)
