[andmore-dev] Code Coverage

Code Coverage is now enabled for the tests.  When you run a build from 
the command line you'll find the results under 
org.eclipse.andmore.integration.tests/target/jacoco/report/index.html

It isn't looking pretty but I wasn't expecting it to look pretty right 
now.  Just something for use to keep an eye on as we write tests going 
forward.
